When we set up WhatsApp automation for your business, we may process your end-customers' data — such as their WhatsApp numbers, names, order information, and conversation logs — strictly as a data processor acting on your instructions. Opt-In Requirement: All WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, drip sequences, and automated messages sent through Clavitek's platform are delivered only to contacts who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from your business. We never send messages to users who have not consented.
Opt-Out / STOP: Every messaging flow we build includes a clear opt-out mechanism. When a recipient replies "STOP" or its regional equivalent, they are immediately removed from future automated messages.
Message Content & Templates: All message templates submitted for Meta approval are reviewed to ensure compliance. We do not send spam, misleading content, or messages that violate Meta's prohibited content guidelines.
Meta's Own Privacy Policy: Conversations over WhatsApp are also governed by Meta's Privacy Policy (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy). Clavitek has no control over Meta's independent data processing.
Data Residency: Conversation data and contact records managed within third-party WhatsApp API platforms (e.g. Wati, Interakt, AiSensy) are subject to those platforms' own privacy policies and data residency terms, which we share with you during onboarding.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customers' data to any third party.

All third-party service providers we engage are bound by data processing agreements and are required to handle your information with appropriate security measures.
All payments for Clavitek's services are processed through Razorpay (a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway), UPI or Internet Banking. Clavitek does not store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI details, net banking credentials, or any other sensitive financial information on our servers.
